- What we collect
- Your name, email, mobile number, and the documents you upload (such as your driving licence), plus your booking and payment history.
- Why
- To verify that you can legally drive, manage your bookings, process payments and refunds, and contact you about your trips.
- Documents
- Uploaded documents are kept in private storage. Only you and authorised Gorivvo staff can view them, and they are never shared with third parties for marketing.
- Payments
- Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- Your choices
- You can update your details from your account, and ask us to delete your account by emailing us.
